i *completely* agree. i was thinking about her performance the other day, and i realized that if i were to read her character's lines in a book, they would seem so very cliche'd. but this actress manages to make debra a tough alpha female with a huge vulnerability just barely beneath the surface. i believe every swear that comes out of her mouth. it seems organic, not unnecessary. LOVE her.
where are you in the series? i'm working my way through the current season.
I totally agree, esp. the part about believing every swear. I saw most of last season's episodes and I'm watching it live this season.
